These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Miami Club Casino (also referred to as "Miami Club", "we", "us", "our", or "the Casino"). By accessing or using the website, registering an account, downloading software, or participating in any games offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Use of the Casino's games may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is permitted in your location and to ensure you comply with local regulations. Miami Club does not provide legal advice, nor do we make any assurances or representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific territory.
1.2 By playing for real money, you affirm that you have verified the legality of such activity in your jurisdiction and that no restrictions apply to your participation at the Casino. You further confirm that you have the legal right to use our services and that your play complies with all applicable rules.
1.3 Access to the Casino is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. No person below this age is permitted to register or place bets. You may be asked to provide proof of age at any time.
1.4 Real-money play is entirely optional. You may use our games for entertainment purposes without placing actual wagers. However, you acknowledge that real-money play involves risk and that you may lose funds deposited with the Casino.
1.5 Your use of the Casino must be solely for personal enjoyment and non-professional purposes. Playing on behalf of a third party or for any form of group or business activity is prohibited.
1.6 Registrations from the following jurisdictions are strictly prohibited: Antigua, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France (including Overseas Territories such as Guiana, Polynesia, and Southern Territories), Germany, Israel, the Netherlands (including the Antilles and Curaçao), Panama, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (including Overseas Territories), and the United States of America. Accounts created from these jurisdictions will be void and any wagers or winnings forfeited. This prohibition also applies to any other jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.

2. Account Security and Personal Information

2.1 All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. You agree to update your details whenever necessary.
2.2 You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If your account is compromised due to negligence or intentional disclosure, the Casino bears no responsibility.
2.3 Only one real-money account per user is permitted. Any attempt to create multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Players must play using only their own account and in their own name. Playing on behalf of others or using accounts linked to other identities is strictly prohibited.
2.4 The Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where a Player engages in abusive, offensive, threatening, or defamatory behavior towards staff or other Players, including in chat, support, or any other communications.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonuses

3.1 Deposits are only accepted in the name of the registered account holder. Withdrawals will be made solely to accounts owned and controlled by the Player. Documentation may be required to verify identity and ownership of payment methods.
3.2 Winnings from bonuses where no deposit has been made are capped at $150. Any amount exceeding this limit may be removed.
3.3 All deposits must be wagered at least once before any withdrawal request is processed, in line with anti-money laundering standards.
3.4 Players suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may have their accounts suspended and winnings withheld pending investigation.
3.5 Withdrawal methods will generally match the deposit method. The Casino reserves the right to determine the final withdrawal channel at its discretion.
3.6 The Casino aims to process withdrawals promptly. However, processing times may vary due to verification procedures, banking delays, or other external factors.
3.7 Account Inactivity: Accounts without login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive, and any real-money balance will be removed. Upon request and proper verification, balances from inactive accounts may be reinstated.
3.8 Withdrawals are subject to a minimum of USD 100 (or equivalent). Please review our Payout Options page for specific limits and available methods. The maximum cumulative withdrawal per Player is USD 5,000 per seven-day period. Amounts above this limit will be paid in weekly installments.
3.9 The Casino requires Proof of Identity for all withdrawals, regardless of amount. Additional documents may be requested, including proof of address, source of funds, or source of wealth. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of withdrawals and suspension of the account.

4. Fair Play and Casino Integrity

4.1 Any use of bots, scripts, or automated systems designed to exploit or manipulate the Casino's software is prohibited. Offending accounts may be terminated.
4.2 Players must notify the Casino immediately of any system error, malfunction, or incorrect balance credit. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from game software, hardware, random number generators (RNG), internet connectivity, or payment systems. Any funds credited, wagers placed, or winnings derived from such errors or malfunctions will be considered void and will not be honored.
4.3 Players must not use multiple browsers, devices, accounts, or software tools in a manner intended to manipulate or exploit game outcomes. Any such activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible permanent exclusion from the Casino.
4.4 The Casino’s server records are the final authority in determining the outcome of wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player’s display and the server record, the server record will prevail.

5. Bonus Abuse and Fraud

5.1 Abuse of promotional offers, including patterns of minimal-risk wagering or cash-outs before completing bonus terms, may result in the removal of bonuses and winnings, as well as account restrictions. Terms and conditions specific to the use of bonus funds can be viewed on our Bonus Terms page.
5.2 If chargebacks or reversals occur, we reserve the right to withhold payouts and recover associated costs.
5.3 By accepting any prize, bonus, or promotional award, the Player consents to the use of their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes by the Casino without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5.4 All prize claim materials submitted, including identification documents and forms, become the property of the Casino and will not be returned. The Casino is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Miami Club Casino disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All services are provided "as-is".
6.2 The Casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or income, resulting from the use or inability to use our website, software, or services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.3 We are not responsible for any losses due to disconnections, errors, system faults, or third-party actions beyond our control.
6.4 The Casino is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or damaged entries, claims, or communications, whether due to technical issues or any other cause.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, including software, graphics, logos, and game names, remains the intellectual property of the Casino and its licensors. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

8. Eligibility Restrictions

8.1 Employees of the Casino, its partners, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money games.
8.2 All game play concludes at the official end time of a tournament. Any play or spin in progress at the end time will not count toward the tournament results.

9. Indemnity

9.1 By using the Casino, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miami Club, its affiliates, staff, partners, and service providers against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Casino, violation of these Terms, or any unlawful acts.

10. Changes to the Terms

10.1 By using the Casino, the Player confirms they understand, accept, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments. The Casino may update the Terms at any time by posting changes on the website. It is the Player’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Casino after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If the Player does not agree with any provision, they must not use the Casino or its services.
10.2 In the event of any inconsistency between information provided by customer support or other communications and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. No employee or representative of the Casino is authorized to alter or waive these Terms.
